Under Preferences/QSO  there is a window to specify QSO Date.
Change this to 'range' ...

I am trying to set up a date filter that lets me highlight a selection QSO's
by a Date Range and then set the LOTW flag for uploading.  When I try using
the Filter Selection Option, it will not allow me to  enter a date range and
select date filter. What am I doing wrong? 



Dx4win version is 8.04.
