I think I was wrong about Digipan.  I must have been thinking of WinPSK 
which uses the same PSK core as DX4WIN.

I think MixW is a stand alone program, there is no programmers interface 
to it.  It would be like having DX4WIN interface with WriteLog when you 
wanted to operate a contest.
