[Dx4win] Contest mode

 When you enable Contest Mode, you should get a 'pop-up'
window. Make sure your don't have a 'pop-up' window blocker.
Then just set your contest # to start at 1.

Or just use N1MM contest logger and 
import your contest results to DX4WIN.

number on the QSO screen (I start with seq. number 1, not 0 zero).
