[Dx4win] Problem Solved: => Version 8.04 and microHAM USB Interface I II

Joe, W4TV, of microHAM, discovered that the window was 'pulled down' and the spectrum display and waterfall were 'hidden' from view.  I dragged the window open and voila, PSK31.

Having a problem configuring PSK31 using this setup with Windows Vista.  If you are using the USB Interface III with digital modes in version 8.04 please reply.
