[Dx4win] QRZ.COM Lookup Problem

I cannot get DX4win to lookup callsigns from QRZ.com

 

I do subscribe to the QRZ XML service and I have the external data set to
enable with this command line "http://www.qrz.com/db/

 

I checked the manual and do not see anyother features/options that are
require.

 

Any ideas?
