DX4WIN.TCP is the list of Telnet DX Cluster nodes.  If you don't use
the latest file, you may find that some nodes are unreachable.

I updated DX4WIN.TCP on 25 January 2010.  The latest file can be found at:

   http://dx4win.ad1c.us/cluster.htm

Please read the installation notes on that web page if you require the 
"keep-alive" version of the file.

You can use this script to update the file:

   http://dx4win.ad1c.us/update.htm

These are the changes since the last release on 16 December 2009:

   K5JZ          Added AR-Cluster node (was K5MDX)
   K5MDX         Deleted AR-Cluster node (now K5JZ)
   KC3OL         Added AR-Cluster node
   N3QO-1        Added DX Spider node
   SV5FRI-1      Added DX Spider node
