I think UA0BA/3 should sign UA0BA/UA3, and UA3AA/9 should sign UA3AA/UA9.

A similarly, some times a EA station in the Canary Islanda sigs EA4xxx/8, 
but he/she should sign EA4xxx/EA8, or vice-versa.
