[Dx4win] PSK31 - how to transmit?

The ACC connector in the rear. It is the same connector for every Icom
rig I have ever used: pin 3, ACC 1 (Pin 3, ACC 2 would also work).
Actually... that's not strictly true... the really old Icoms used a 24
pin accessory connector... but I used an adapter to simulate the two ACC
plugs with my 751A so I was sill using pin 3 ;-)
