[Dx4win] CW keying issue

HNY All,
Like I asked before I like the following info
>From those that have the keying problem

Example
OS: VISTA HOME
Brand of LAPTOP  = HP DV9700
Real Serial on MB = NO
Real serial via add on board = NO
USB to serial = YES brand GEMBIRD
To be sure check in control panel|system|devicemanager
if the comport is installed ok
normally it should be 
9600 = Baud
8 bits
None=parity
1 stopbit
None=flow control

DX4WIN SETUP
COMPORT = COM1 (my case)
DELAY = 1
CW = DTR 
PTT = RTS (can be set to none if using vox or full break in)
