[Dx4win] Installing DX4W702 on Laptop with Windows 7

I'm trying to remember... I had this error when installing 7.02 on 64 
bit Windows.

I seem to remember that it was necessary to run either the Install 
Program or DX4Win (first time) as administrator. Right click and select 
"run as administrator". Afterwards it worked fine.

When you "Install as Administrator" doesn't mean the user has 
administrator privilege you must click on "Run as Administrator".
