[Dx4win] Print qsl label filtering.

in field "prefix" you must put the !K (have in mind that there are some 
versions of country file with W as main prefix for USA. If you have such a 
file change the K with W)
Also fill the date field to get the qsos you want
and after that with the filter active "set qsl label flag"
