[Dx4win] Keying Lockdown Ver8.03

Observation:
When first keying, after lockdown....and Keyer is sending CQCQetc, but a steady Lockdown is in progress.
I went to Settings in Keyer.....watching voltage as holding at +6.6 V.
When I select "Tune"....nothing happens, but when I hit "stop", the voltage reverts back to -6.6V and the keying lock down stops.  I can then select Tune and it tunes, Stop and it stops, controlling the voltages.

The Keying program can actually manually interrupt. (But it does not interrupt the Lock down while the Keyer has been activated). Does this not isolate the problem to something within the Keyer alone?
