[Dx4win] Icom IC-7800 rig file

Peter and other interested users,

Still not figured it out how to get it to work like it should be.
I am aware of the DXLAB possibility, even tried it out also.
But I think its NOT what you users expect it to be doing.
This has nothing to do with programmer skills BUT what ICOM offers 
ICOM changed some commands but not added something like READ VFO-B 
Otherwise it would have been simple to add it. 

(Switching between MAIN and SUB to get info is a possibility but the dial
change with it etc)
