[Dx4win] Label Printing Problem..

Using version 8.02 DX4WIN and have problem printing labels with this version. The only info that is printed is the Pse QSL etc but nothing re the dx station or his report information. Any suggestions on what to try would be most appreciated. Our interest is for individual qsls', not for a specific group. Our previous approach has been using Avery 8460 labels on letter size label forms.
