[Dx4win] Problem with Filter selection

It is a WinXP installation just like the one on which it ran fine.

I have been unable to find any difference, apart from the greyed out menu
items.

Very frustrating.

Late note.......  I have just reloaded DX4W and the items are now
available.  Much thanks for your help guys.
