[Dx4win] How with CW for Notebook without LPT?

Not completely true. I use an Edgeport USB-serial converter (4 ports) on my
desktop with a serial keying interface from K1NU. Keys CW just fine. It may
be a bit overkill for just a single port needed, but is an 'existence
proof'.
