Hi
You may have to deleted them, or at least make them show as deleted 
entities.
It could be minus 2 plus 4, or just plus 2.
At this stage, DXAC/DXCC have not yet decided, or at least have not yet 
made their view public.

Best thing to do is : it is urgent to wait !
