[Dx4win] Convert DX4WIN to ADIF Difficulties

Actually it is in proper ADIF format. In versions of DX4Win prior to V8 
the fields you want are stored in the Notes Field... so that's where it 
appears in the export.

I did have a program that converted these older notes fields to 
individual ADIF fields so I could transfer data to another logging 
program, but it became unnecessary with V8. Might still have a copy 
knocking around, but I would advise upgrading to V8.
