DX4WIN.TCP is the list of Telnet DX Cluster nodes.  If you don't use
the latest file, you may find that some nodes are unreachable.

I updated DX4WIN.TCP on 15 April 2010.  The latest file can be found at:

   http://dx4win.ad1c.us/cluster.htm

Please read the installation notes on that web page if you require the
"keep-alive" version of the file.

You can use this script to update the file:

   http://dx4win.ad1c.us/update.htm

These are the changes since the last release on 7 April 2010:

   AI9T          Changed IP address to dxc.ai9t.com:7300
   JI2ZOI-9      Changed IP address to ja2yyf.d2g.com:7373
   S53S-6        Added AR-Cluster node
   SV1DAY-5      Changed IP address to sv1day.homeip.net
