[Dx4win] JIDX ADIF contest logs?

If I can get a few JIDX contest logs in ADIF format, I can add support
for ADIF to DXQ.  This will fill in the Japanese Prefecture custom
award value.

I need logs in N1MM, WriteLog and Win-Test ADIF format.  Only really
one of each, so please get in touch (privately) before sending a log.
