[Dx4win] Data file updates coming this weekend

Another busy weekend for me.  I plan to release the following DX4WIN
updates this weekend:

- DX4WIN.AWD (new RDA, etc.)
- DX4WIN.CTY (new Russian prefix structure, etc.)
- DX4WIN.TCP (Telnet addresses)

I'll release DX4WIN.MAS2 (eQSL and LoTW member list) on Monday evening
(Tuesday morning GMT) after the LoTW list is updated (typically on
Mondays).  You may want to wait until you see all three (or four)
announcements, then run the UPDATE script to get them all at once.

If you need/want any changes, please let me know.

There will also be a new release of ADIF to DX4WIN this weekend, with
support for MN, NC and VA QSO parties, as well as a few bug fixes.  I
finally have all three programs (ADIF to DX4WIN, ADIF County
Conversion and CT to ADIF) sharing the same set of data files.  This
may mean nothing to you, but it makes me happy! :-)
