[Dx4win] JIDX-CW contest in this WeekEnd!

If someone sends me an ADIF after the weekend's contest (need N1MM,
WriteLog and Win-Test), then I can add support for this contest in
ADIF to DXQ (in addition to populating the Japanese Prefectures custom
award).

We will have the JIDX (Japan International DX) CW contest in this
weekend.

DX stations will work JAs and JA will work rest of the world.

The contest will 30hours only.
Start at 2010-04-10 0700UTC and End at 04-11 1300UTC.

*We completed 2009 JIDX-PH result and it will be opened in
