[Dx4win] LOTW confirmation in DX4Win

When you download from LotW you must choose a call, either call 1 either 
call2. How you have a lotwreport containing qsos for both calls? i am 
interesting because i have also in LotW sv1dpi, sv1dpi/p and sv1dpi/8 and i 
would like to download all of them at once.
