[Dx4win] Problem with ext data

I have putted in the webside Callsign lookup follow adress:
http://www.qrz.com/db/ <http://www.qrz.com/db/%3ccallsign> <callsign> (Setup
Parameters - Ext data)

When I push F3 and than "Enter" if have a link to qrz.com but also with the
failure: 

The search for "/db/%20FT5GA" produced no results.

%20FT5GA does not appear to be a valid callsign.

What do I wrong?

Has someone experience with it?
