[Dx4win] callsign exception

I believe Jim will reply also but yu4 is a long story
Anyway my only qso on 12m with E7 was with yu4wu. his card writes Bosnia
Erzegovina but ARRL and Bill Moore doesn't accept it. After a lot of emails
between me, Jim and Bill, ARRL believes that yu4 is Servia even the card
writes something different and dx4win country files does what arrl believes.
The more strange thing is that i still have this card count for my dxcc
challenge (I have another card now but stills count the old one)...
