[Dx4win] eQSL Limited QSO Upload

I want to upload to eQSL.

When I select Set Upload Flag, I'm asked if I want to upload 65,409 QSL's.
I don't. I only want to upload less than 10K at a time.

I activate an F8 filter and put 01/01/1901 into the eQSL upload date and see 65409 QSO's listed as expected.
When I try to limit this to a date giving less than 10K QSO's I get "No Matching QSO Found" for any date other than 
01/01/1901.
Why?

How do I accomplish limiting the upload to less than 10K QSO's?
