Hi Dave,

The Update button only works for local (i.e callbook CDROM) lookups,
not lookups via the web.  Furthermore, only certain callbook CDROMs
(like RAC "Flying Horse") have the necessary interface to determine
state, grid, county from the data in the Lookup window.
