Hi guys,

Erasing notes problem solved.

I used to have several notes in the QSO NOTES field to remark either
different operations under my regular call or former calls that I had.
Instead of that I did assign several groups to those calls or
operations, say: PY2YP/PY9, PY9UC, PY8APR and so on. Having the groups
working flawless there is no need anymore to have the QSO NOTES field
polluted with redundant information. Well, how to erase all notes at once?

1. At very first step I did save the PY2YP.DXL under another name and
double backed it up;

2. I made a copy of the DX4WIN8 filter and edited it assigning the "Note
QSO" field position to zero in the three types: "Store in notes file";
"Store with QSO" and "Notes follow QSO";

3. At the main DXL file (PY2YP.DXL) I did select the QSO NOTES value
that I wanted to erase, say: PY2YP/PY9;

4. I did export the file portion containing the QSOs with the notes (983
QSOs) under PY2YP_9.DXQ name;

5. Now it is time to delete the 983 QSOs using the MULTIPLE QSO
OPERATION tool;

6. I did open a brand new file using the same name PY2YP_9.DXL and
imported the DXQ file using the &DX4WIN8 filter (the '&' value means a
copy of the regular DX4WIN8 filter);

7. After a careful inspection to confirm the group number and the QSO
notes field I did merge this file to the main file and checked the total
QSOs amount to confirm that not a single Q has lost;

8. I did repeat steps 3-7 to the other notes.

I hope this procedure may help anyone with the same problem.
