[Dx4win] Problem upgrading to 8.02?

Hi George,
    In the World Map Window, click on the "Draw" option and make sure 
that you've got a bunch of those items turned on. I think the default 
may be for everything to be off. Make sure you've got at least "World" 
checked or you won't be seeing much.
