[Dx4win] New QRZ.com Online Interface

[Jim Reisert AD1C]

The only time that F3 doesn't require you to click in it before ENTER
is if the lookup window is the active window.  If it's not (i.e. you
entered a new QSO in your log), then you must click in the lookup
window again before typing ENTER to go off to QRZ.COM.
