Guys,
I just went into "Preferences/Ext Data" again and entered the duplicate
command on both lines,"Callsign lookup address" and "QSL manager lookup
address" and I have a checkmark in the Website callsign lookup "Enabled"
box.
I closed the saved the configuration changes with both .ini and save, then
closed and restarted the program - no change in operation. Still not
working for me.

There are two places in the preferences to set this - did you change BOTH?
