[Dx4win] LOGPlus! conversion

LOGPlus! logbooks are in Dbase-III format.

Steve K6UM pointed out that these files can be read into Excel. I
tried and sure enough, Excel 2003 can read the logbook!  It can only
handle 65K QSOs (lines) at a time, however, so you need some way to
split the log if it's too big.

You can at least save the log in some other ASCII format (like .CSV),
then there might be an easier path to import into DX4WIN.  From what I
recall, there are at least two different formats of the .DBF file from
LOGPlus!
