[Dx4win] RTTY control panel opens each time I start v8.02

In my station, once MMTTY window is closed, and I restart DX4WIN, the
window does not open again.  It has worked this way since 7.0x.  So I
suggest you do NOT leave MMTTY open when closing DX4WIN, and it should
not return.
