[Dx4win] Cant's print labels???

Don't see my EMAIL's getting through to this reflector???
Here is my problem with the latest version of DX4WIN and printing labels.

I've tried every which way and just cannot get DX4WIN latest version to 
print labels. I filtered for the specific call I want to print multiple 
QSO's with, cleared the QSL date field and still when I try to print the 
labels are generic with no call and fictitious dates and times.
Can anyone outline the steps to print labels? 
I've never had trouble with
version 7 of DX4WIN.
