[Dx4win] Log Sync

Fine Guy. You can do it if you are careful... but it does put your log 
at risk. It is using DX4Win in a way it is NOT designed to be used. If 
you need concurrent access there are logging programs that ARE designed 
to do it.  Just because you can drive a nail with a wrench doesn't mean 
you should... unless you don't have a hammer handy ;-)
