Hi Ralph,
It might be a good idea but what if dropbox server is down or crashed ?
I propose another solution that might be a little saver
Since you have internet everywhere you can put the save directory from
dx4win 
On a NSLU2 (preferable with unslung software on it).
Instead of using hdd`s you can also use 2 USB sticks upto 32 Gb that are in
mirror.
This network server can be set up with password and users etc and the link
is updated via dyndns
>From that moment on you can access and update your logfile
(and other files in the save directory) from everywhere you need it.
