Doug, Olli,

First, is that you must have "print label" marked "Y" for
each of the Qs you want to print. Read through the steps
below a couple of times and you will see that doing that
works the same way as steps 3-5 below

1. go to FILE>PREFERENCES>QSO tab

2. On the right side of the QSO tab, under "QSO date", pull
down the menu and select "range."

3. In that same window, click "file">"make changes and
exit."

4. Click on the QSO window and then click on F8 to clear
all info from the QSO window

4. enter the BEGINNING date for the Qs you want to print
in the "date" box.

5. Click on "enter" and you'll get another window which
asks for the END date of the QSOs you want to print -- add
that final date in the same format as the initial date and
then click on "OK". Go to the "labels" tab at the top of
the QSO window, click on it, and then select "Set Print
Labels" about 2/3 of the way to the bottom of the menu.
Then, hit the "enter" key on your keyboard.

6. You'll wind up back in the QSO window and the first QSO
you want to print should be showing and there should be a
"Y" showing in the box entitled "label" on the QSO window
itself.

7. Click "Labels">"print qsls" and then click on "print
labels" in the box which pops up.

8 In the "print setup" box which appears, click on the
pull-down menu and select "Preview" in the menu.

9. You'll see a page representing the actual labels, in
whatever format you've already chosen, just as if you were
holding the page of labels in your hands. When you are
satisfied, after looking at ALL the pages in the preview,
that all is well, exit the label preview page and you willl
be taken back to the menu box for printing again.

10. This time select "PRINTER" for the destination and click
either "ALL" or "RANGE" in the "pages" box. If you choose
range, you will then enter either a single number for the
single page you want to print or a range (i.e., 1-3) to
print the first three pages, etc.

11. When the printing is finished the program will give the
option of changing the "Print Label" flags for all the Qs
you have printed. Make your choice with that one and you're
done. If you for whatever reason do not wish to remove the
"print label" flags, simply click on "cancel." That will
leave all as is, and give you the opportunity to,
forexample, reformat a particular label to shorten an
address to avoid its overprinting on another label.

Hope this is detailed enough to help. If not, please let me
know and we'll try it again.
