Many thanks for this - that is a bit subtle ; and I never realised it !!!
Not sure how I "forced" AL7I in a 1990 QSO to be good; but that's another
issue!
BTW - the disappearing Sunrise/set window happened again this am; just can't
figure out why it goes !!
I am trying to watch as often as I can so that I know how to replicate it !!

Hi Dave,
According to CQ Magazine (and DX4WIN Award database), the single-band
WAZ award for 17 meters only counts QSOs starting 01/01/1991; your
confirmed Zone 19 QSO is in 1990.

You have worked a few more since 01/01/1991, but none of them are
confirmed. You might want to get one of those QSLs!
