[Dx4win] Fw: Windows 7 and DX4Win

Ruddy,

I have just finished migrating my DX4Win v8.02 logging program and my N1MM 
contesting program from XP to Windows 7 32bit and
am happy to report that everything is running properly.

All of the peripherals are also working:
- WinKey 2 keyer (USB)
- West Mountain Radio RIGblaster (serial)
- EA4TX rotor interface (parallel)
- Icom IC-7800 interface (serial)
- TopTen Devices Band Decoder (parallel)
