 From The Daily DX.  This will be fixed in the next DX4WIN.CTY update.

FK8DD, Sam, will be operating with special call TX1B from Noumea, New
Caledonia in the CQ WW CW DX Contest.  This will be a SOAB effort with
80 watts into a Spiderbeam on 10, 15 and 20 meters and dipoles on 40
and 80 meters.  QSL via LZ1JZ.
