[Dx4win] LOTW

[W9RPM]

I accidentally cleared my LOTW membership list. It had 30,124 entries, 
matching the list on HB9 site. I thought no big deal. I just downloaded it 
again, and now it says 6052 entries. What did I do wrong? John
