[Dx4win] F2 Key Function in version 8.02

I just received over 4 lbs. of cards from the bureau.  This bug makes
answering these cards a real pain.  I knew that the bug had been reported,
but wasn't suffering until now.  Yes, I know it sounds like whining...

Hi Irwin,

This bug has been reported before.  There is no fix until Paul
releases 8.03, whenever that is.
