I have been working closely with Alan, 5B4AHJ who maintains the
country file for the Club Log web site (http://www.clublog.org).  Both
of us have been helping each other improve our respective databases.
Hence, this release has a larger-than-usual list of changes.  His help
has been invaluable.  The improvements will be ongoing.  If you have
uploaded your log to Club Log in the past, and received an error
listing, try uploading your entire log again to see the improvement.
