[Dx4win] DX4WIN v.7.05.04 Help files inactive

Jim,
Sorry, I've made a mistake saying 7.05 (I noted that reference from one of previous responses in this Reflector on a paper and was looking at this while writing my comment. My version is well 7.07.02, and the Help problem is in this one!

Fixed in 7.07.
