[Dx4win] DX4WIN v.7.05.04 Help files inactive

In previous version 6.04, clicking Help-Contents brought in the Help File on the screen. Idem for the "Search for the help on" .
 
In ver. 7.05.04 , despite the fact that helpfile.pdf and usrguide.pdf are both in the Docs folder of DX4WIN,  clicking Help-Contents results in : 
"Warning. Could not get help contents. Error=0 Msg: The operation completed successfully"
Hitting "Search for help on" : nothing happens
 
How to get Help working OK?
