[Dx4win] Reflector options

I'd like to remain subscribed to the Reflector list to be able to read Archive and send messages, but do not want my mailbox to be overloaded with so many messages I am not directly interested in. 
However, I'd like to receive messages in my mailbox which concern all answers to my questions in a thread I created or in which i "jumped-in" by sending my comments.
 
I do not find such a possibility in the Options list. Is it possible to introduce such a feature? Many Internet Forums offer possibility to chose if wishing or not to receive mailbox messages related to the message sent to the Forum.
