[Dx4win] Easy install

I'll bet you weren't installing on Vista ;-)

To be fair, the present version predates Vista, so a few minor "issues" 
are not surprising.

I like DX4Win because it has a very small footprint. It doesn't need 
install a lot of supporting framework. I hope the imminent new version 
continues on this path.
