Fellow users,

Here were my rules on doing a project.

Rule 1	Time Set a realistic time line for the project.

Rule 2	Programming: Best scenario:
10% of time will be spend on 90% of
the code and
90% of the time will be spent on 10%
of the code.

Rule 3	Documentation: P.I.A (Pain in anatomy) work, this takes longer than
you think.
Always some people are not happy with your work.

Rule 4	New features:	Set a cutoff date and stick to it.

Rule 5	Bug Fix: Set a cutoff date and stick to it,

Studies have shown that changes late in a Project can cost 10 times or
even 100 times more in effort than when part of the original design.
Probably best to freeze the feature set. There can always be point
releases if something particularly interesting is suggested.

Just the features mentioned so-far make the new release very interesting.
