[Dx4win] ADIF to DX4WIN log conversion version 3.3

I have released version 3.3 of ADIF to DX4WIN, you can read more here:

This version fixes problems with converting ARRL Field Day, ARRL
Sweepstakes and NAQP logs from N1MM.  Thanks to Randy, W8FN for making
me aware of them.

If you find any problems in the program or documentation, let me know.
 If you need a conversion added, send me your ADIF file and tell me
what contest it is for, and which logging program produced it.
