[Dx4win] pre-1975 cw qsos

This will wipe out group numbers previously assigned to those QSOs -
not a good solution in my mind.

I don't understand why Paul has been reluctant to fix this.  N7XR's
LogPlus! did this correctly over 10 years ago!
